Check in and Check out

• Check in (by prior arrangement only) is between 12 noon and 2pm, or 6pm and 8pm. Your exact check-in time needs to be arranged prior to arrival. We do not have a permanently manned reception.  Please see terms and conditions for check in outside these times.

• Check out is by 10:30am – late check outs can be arranged but may be subject to charge.

Breakfast at "ONE"

 At "One Broad Street" you will enjoy the best possible ingredients. Where possible we source quality fresh produce from the Local Sussex area.

Our typical menu includes:

Cereal (including Ramola's homemade granola), yoghurt and fruit juices followed by any combination of cooked items (including usual suspects choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, freshly grilled tomato, beans) Vegetarian option available.

All served with farmhouse bread and a selection of freshly brewed teas and "Redroaster" ground filter coffee.

Your breakfast will be cooked to order and therefore may take some time.

Breakfast times vary depending on the majority in house however generally 8.30am to 9.30am. Please let us know if you require an early breakfast in advance. Before 7.30am a limited menu may apply and needs to be arranged in advance to check in
