Dear Ramola and Mary,
Thank you both for your hospitality and helping us around Brighton. Staying at One Broad Street was one of the highlights of our first trip to Europe. Also, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for helping me get my poster to Brighton on time. Without your input, I would have been an absolute wreck. That means a lot to me, and I will never forget it. It is a hard debt to repay, but I posted a favorable review on TripAdvisor that applauds your alacrity.
I wish you both all the best. And since the world is small, maybe we will run into you again!

Thanks for making my short stay last week an enjoyable experience; the attention to detail, friendly and attentive service makes your hotel unique that would normally be associated with much more expensive lodgings.
What I have already mentioned, plus the quality of your rooms, furnishings and little extras such as bottled water and sweets will ensure that the next time I am in the area, I won't chance anywhere else. I wish you all the success that you deserve with the hard work that you are applying.

Dear Ramola and Mary.
Thank you for your warm welcome last Saturday. We couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. The room was great - very clean and tidy. The bed was to die for and it took all our efforts to make ourselves get up for breakfast which was also scrummy. We managed to keep our hands off of the choccies in the room but took you up on your offer of wine when we arrived. If I ever get the chance to come back your way and you are still in charge I will know where to come.
