If you feel like treating yourself our fabulous king bedded rooms are very spacious and also have a seating area to enjoy the sea views.
Along with the standard tea and coffee making facilities two of these rooms have a mini fridge and a kitchenette (no cooking).
These are located in the front of the hotel in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Kemp town, Brighton. These rooms can also be converted into twin beds.

Our studio is like a hidden "den". With its own kitchenette and in the yves of the hotel you can get away from it all.
We find that our guests love this room because it takes them back to their younger days!
Please be warned however, it is not for the faint hearted, it is at the top of the hotel and we are a four storey townhouse.
