- In order to create the relaxing atmosphere our guests deserve, we do not accept pets nor children. Similarly, Stag and hen nights not accepted. We are a non smoking hotel.
- Check in is by prior arrangement. Check out is by 11am – late check outs can be arranged but may be subject to charge.
- We accept payment by cash, cards and BACS. Cheques will not be accepted.
- In line with most of Brighton’s hotels and guesthouses we try to operate a minimum two night stay at weekends.
- When we take a booking you will be charged for the total amount of the first night's stay. This is non-refundable deposit. If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours the total cost of stay will be taken. We recommend you take appropriate insurances.
- Conference bookings are subject to full payment upon reservation and are non-refundable within 28 days prior to arrival.
- For large conference bookings, special terms and conditions apply.
- We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for a refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes disturbance to us or our guests. Please note you are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your neglect or ommission to act responsibly and you agree to indemnify us or pay the amount reasonably requested to make good any such damage or loss.
