- In order to create the relaxing atmosphere our guests deserve, we do not accept pets nor children. Similarly, Stag and hen nights not accepted. We are a non smoking hotel.
- Check in (by prior arrangement only) is between 12 noon and 2pm, or 6pm and 8pm. We ask that you keep us informed of your expected arrival time. We do not have a permanently managed reception. Latest check in - 9pm. Check in after this time may be arranged but may be subject to charge.
- Check out is by 10:30am – late check outs can be arranged but may be subject to charge.
- We accept payment by cash, cards and BACS. Cheques will not be accepted.
- In line with most of Brighton’s hotels and guesthouses we operate a minimum two night stay at weekends and min 3 nights on bank holidays
- When we take a booking you will be charged for the total amount of the first night's stay. This is non-refundable deposit. If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours the total cost of stay will be taken. We recommend you take appropriate insurances to cover you in the event of cancellation.
- Bookings for 4 nights or more are subject to a non-refundable charge of 25% of the entire stay if cancelled outside of the 72 hours. Any cancellation or amendments to the entire stay within 72 hours of arrival or during your stay will be charged.
- Special 4 for 3 night stay offers or packaged rates are subject to full payment upon reservation and are non-refundable
- Conference Bookings are subject to full payment at least 28 days before arrival and are non-refundable within this period.
- For large conference bookings and Gay Pride, special terms and conditions apply.
- We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for a refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes disturbance to us or our guests. Please note you are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your neglect or ommission to act responsibly and you agree to indemnify us or pay the amount reasonably requested to make good any such damage or loss.
