- Due South - On the beach this is a fabulous restaurant mainly known for its fabulous seafood but there are other dishes on the menu http://www.duesouth.co.uk/

- The Gingerman - A small romantic restaurant in Norfolk Square. Their food is delicious and their price reasonable. The Gingerman Group are a local Brighton family - they own and run the Ginger Dog and the Ginger Pig and of course the Gingerman. The Ginger Dog and Ginger Pig are pubs with gastro type pub food - a little pricey but always good quality food. For special occassions however or food lovers choose the Gingerman - never heard a bad word about it! http://gingermanrestaurants.com/
