- Chilli Pickle Bistro - This is a Brighton gem and an award winning restaurant. Alan and Dawn have created an authentic Indian cafe style restaurant. The food is a fusion of Kerelan, Indian and Nepalese. Advance reservations a must! See Links for their website
- La Capinina - This is our local Italian and the food is excellent!
- Food for Friends (Vegetarian) - We enjoy the delicious combinations and friendly atmosphere.
- Terre a Terre - "the best vegetarian restaurant ever" (not being vegetarian myself this is guest feedback)
- Bills - Another Brighton gem not to be missed - the food is simply delicious and very fresh - not a typical restaurant but a visit should be paid for either lunch or dinner - reservations cannot be made at lunchtime but you can reserve tables for dinner
- Sopar (Thai) - A vibrant and friendly restaurant situated in Kemp Town village
- Seven Dials - Ideal for special occasions.
- Due South - On the beach this is a fabulous restaurant mainly known for its fabulous seafood but there are other dishes on the menu.
- Englishs - The best seafood and oysters in Brighton. Though the restaurant is quite traditional in decor our guests love it's "old fashioned" theatre like style
- The Gingerman - Not yet sampled the delights but supposed to be a fine fine restaurant
- Al Duomo - A large italian restaurant near the Royal Pavillion - sometimes lacking in atmosphere as so big but real stonebaked pizza makes it worth a visit
- Don Carlos - Fantastic tapas in the Lanes - reservations ahead of time are a must!
- China Garden - A really authentic excellent Chinese restaurant serving Dim Sum until 3pm daily and an a la carte menu in the evening
